We stayed here with family for 3 nights. Nice and clean place ,very comfortable and best location if you are a tourist to visit places around.The host is very friendly and supportive if you need anything. Recommend this place if you’re are looking for economical and semi luxury.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were a family of 4 & 1 infant. It's so suitable that it is clutter free especially for infant kids who can run around. My son liked the flat a lot. Property is very clean. Everything available at this place like induction stove n awesome tea powder, milk powder sugar salt. Everyday required kitchen vessels. Host is available all time for any query and they are very approachable. If you are looking for good breakfast near by. Cafe bap-pa is recommended which is 150meters from property. For lunch n dinner rasoda which is 4. 6km from property but u reach in 5mins. All in all. Very comfortable stay we had.

My family stayed for 1night. The rooms are very spacious and is near to Bombay Goa highway. My family really enjoyed the stay. Next time if we want to stay in panjim we will stay at this place only. The owner stays on 3rd floor and this place is at 1st floor. Owner helped us to reach out to nearby restaurants as well.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and beautiful, owner is very kind and helps us with everything, we even extended our stay very thankful to the family for helping us out and making our stay pleasant and comfortable.
