Welcome to Sai Homestay Goa. By accessing or booking accommodation through https://saihomestaygoa.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

1. All bookings made through our website are subject to availability.

2. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation email/SMS.

3. Sai Homestay Goa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking in case of incorrect pricing, technical error, or unavailability.

2. Payment Policy

1. Online payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, etc.).

2. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, as displayed during checkout.

3. Sai Homestay Goa is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or network issues.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation terms are mentioned clearly at the time of booking and may vary based on room type and season.

2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method only.

3. Refund timelines:

   • Instant refunds (if supported): within 24 hours

   • Standard refunds: 5–7 working days, depending on bank/payment provider

4. Any transaction charges or gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. No-shows or early check-outs may not be eligible for refunds unless stated otherwise.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: As mentioned on the booking page / confirmation email

• Check-Out Time: As mentioned on the booking page / confirmation email

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Identification

1. All guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.).

2. Foreign guests must provide a valid passport and visa.

3. Booking may be denied without refund if valid identification is not provided.

6. Property Rules

1. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and pets are allowed only if explicitly permitted for the booked property.

2. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.

3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

4. Sai Homestay Goa reserves the right to evict guests without refund in case of violation of house rules.

7. Children & Extra Guests

1. Child policies and extra guest charges are specified during booking.

2. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.

8. Force Majeure

Sai Homestay Goa shall not be liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Pandemics

• Power or water shortages

9. Website & Booking System Limitations

1. Availability shown on the website is synced with third-party platforms and may occasionally vary due to technical delays.

2. In rare cases of overbooking or technical errors, Sai Homestay Goa reserves the right to offer:

   • An alternative accommodation, or

   • A full refund

10. Limitation of Liability

Sai Homestay Goa is not liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings

• Injury or accidents during the stay

• Third-party service failures (payment gateway, internet, transport, etc.)

Guests stay at their own risk.

11. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking is handled as per our Privacy Policy and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
